Terms & Conditions
1 – Cancellations:
- 1.1 – You can cancel your ticket anytime after purchase;
- 1.2 – If you cancel, your originally booked space will be given up and you’ll need to purchase another ticket to attend the event;
- 1.3 – Refund requests will follow our Refund Policy, as stated below.
2 – Changes:
- 2.2 – Changes to your reservation are only possible until 3 days before the event;
- 2.3 – Changes are only allowed if the desired date is not sold out.
3 – Cancellations by customers:
- 3.1 – You are entitled to a 100% refund if you cancel your ticket up to a week before the day of the event;
- 3.2 – You will be charged the full amount if you cancel your ticket within 48 hours before the event;
- 3.3 – If tickets are canceled more than 48 hours before the event, the full amount will not be charged, yet the deposit is non refundable.
4 – Cancellations by us:
- 4.1 – We will issue a full refund or reschedule all customers to the best of our ability if the event has to be canceled due to reasons outside of our control, such as bad weather, technical issues with the boat, or any other issue that may compromise the safety of our event;
- 4.2 – We reserve the right to admission; if entry is denied, the customer will receive a full refund. Event Terms & Conditions
5 – Entry Policies:
- 5.1 – Only sealed water bottles are allowed onboard; outside alcohol is not allowed;
- 5.2 – You can hand in outside alcohol before the event, and it will be returned at the end of the event;
- 5.3 – If you are caught with outside alcohol on board, it will be confiscated by the personnel and not returned at the end of the event;
- 5.4 – It is mandatory for every customer to follow instructions from the Sundown Sessions personnel at check-in, during and at the end of the event;
- 5.5 – You must present your purchased ticket before boarding; An ID may be requested at any stage of the event;
- 5.6 – Overly intoxicated customers will not be allowed to access the event, and their tickets will be canceled without refund rights;
- 5.7 – Check-in closes 10 minutes before boarding, and we reserve the right to resell and/or disallow entry if you do not check in by this time without any prior notification.
6 – Bar Policies:
- 6.1 – Onboard personnel have the right to deny drinks to any customer if they feel it may compromise the safety of the customer or any other customer;
- 6.2 – ID may be requested at any time for any purchase made on board to ensure the customer is of legal drinking age (18).
7 – Liability Policies:
- 7.1 – Everything on and inside the boat is property of Obrt Toni and Sundown Sessions/Sunshine Beats d.o.o.;
- 7.2 – Customers will be held responsible for any damages to Obrt Toni and Sundown Sessions/Sunshine Beats d.o.o. property;
- 7.3 – Customers responsible for any damage to Obrt Toni and Sundown Sessions/Sunshine Beats d.o.o. property will be financially charged;
- 7.4 – If a customer refuses to pay for damages to any Obrt Toni and Sundown Sessions/Sunshine Beats d.o.o. property, the personnel will refer to local law enforcement;
- 7.5 – Obrt Toni and Sundown Sessions/Sunshine Beats d.o.o. cannot be held responsible for any item lost by a customer during an event and not found by the personnel while cleaning the boat;
- 7.6 – Obrt Toni and Sundown Sessions/Sunshine Beats d.o.o. exercise all the necessary safety precautions to ensure customer safety during the event by having the staff communicate the rules clearly over the microphone as well as on posters and signs throughout the vessel; any injury suffered by customers will be considered their responsibility, and Obrt Toni and Sundown Sessions/Sunshine Beats d.o.o. will not be held liable for it.
- 7.7 – The itinerary is subject to weather and safety conditions and can change at any time at the discretion of the captain without previous notice .
8 – Content Policies:
- 8.1 – By purchasing a ticket, customers are giving Sundown Sessions/Sunshine Beats d.o.o. and their personnel the right to use any content created during the event, such as photos and videos, to promote the brand and future events on the company’s website and social media;
- 8.2 – If a customer feels offended or wants to remove their image from any clips, stories, photos, or any other content created during the event, they can request the item be removed at [email protected] After-Party Policies
9 – Entry & Venue Policies:
- 9.1 – Sundown Sessions/Sunshine Beats d.o.o. will not be held liable if a customer is denied entry to the after-party due to excessive intoxication, bad behavior, or failure to arrive at the specified time;
- 9.2 – As the after-party is not owned by Sundown Sessions/Sunshine Beats d.o.o. but by a third party, Sundown Sessions/Sunshine Beats d.o.o. cannot be held liable for anything that occurs within it.
- 9.3 – Once inside the after-party, the venue’s Terms & Conditions apply.
